CIAQM Grandfathering Period Expires July 1st

Individuals interested in becoming Council-certified Indoor Air Quality Managers (CIAQMs) have less than a week to take advantage of the program's grandfather period.

Until July 1, 2009, candidates for the CESB-accredited designation can qualify for the certification exam by attesting to their current involvement in property management, asset management or corporate policymaking.  Grandfather applicants also receive a $100 discount on certification fees.

After the July 1 deadline, candidates must demonstrate at least two years of verifiable field experience.
